I hate all iPhone cases

The problem with Apple products is that they’re damn beautiful. It doesn’t matter if you’re an Apple fanboy or an Android lover; I think everyone can appreciate the aesthetics of an Apple product.

The iPhone was my first smartphone, back in 2013 when I was in high-school. Since that first iPhone, I’ve always used a case. Why? Basically, I’m afraid it’ll fall, break, and I’ll lose all the money I put into it. It doesn’t matter that every year Apple talks about the new titanium-gorilla-megazord technology that’s supposed to prevent the iPhone from breaking; every year, I see drop test videos, and it scares me.

It’s not like I drop my phone every day, but I’m just afraid. So, I use a case. There were times when I had cases I loved, with some nice drawings or a cool picture, but in recent years, I haven’t found a case that excites me as much as using my iPhone without any case.

Whenever I take my iPhone out of its case, I remember how beautiful it is and feel bad for not enjoying it every time I use it. Maybe someday, I’ll get the courage to live case-free.
